If you're have a problem with your website and you need the help of the support staff, the best way to get help is through a support ticket. This article will show you how to create one.

First you need to log into your DirectAdmin control panel.
  • Go to
  • Fill in your username and password
Once you're in, under Your Account click on Support Center.

Then click on Create a Ticket

Type in your subject and message and choose To: Admin Support at the top and choose the priority level of your problem.

Please try to give a brief description in your subject field so that we can tell right away what your problem is.

After you've opened a ticket, a staff member will address your problem as soon as possible but also according to the priority level of the ticket.
